एतद्वैराजमृतुषु प्रोत वेद, विराजति ऋतुवत्— यथाऋतव आर्तवैर्धर्मैर्विराजन्ते, एव प्रजादिभिर्विद्वानिति ।उक्त-मन्यत् ।ऋतून्न निन्देत्, तद्व्रतम् ॥
