Because I rest on nothing outside myself. So this world, the whole of it, everything counted as other than That, is empty — nothing at all. What is left over is the One: I am Śiva, alone, absolute.

Moreover, because of all-pervasiveness, because indeed of the application of the truth-principle, because of self-established being, because of having no other support — this whole world, which is other than That, is void; That, the one thing left over, Śiva, absolute, am I.
