न चैकं तदन्यद् द्वितीयं कुतः स्यात्न केवलत्वं न चाकेवलत्वम् ।न शून्यं न चाशून्यमद्वैतकत्वात्कथं सर्ववेदान्तसिद्धं ब्रवीमि ॥ १० ॥

It is not one, either — and if nothing stands outside it, where would a second come from? Not solitude, and not the absence of solitude. Not a void, and not something other than a void. Non-dual: so no word gets to keep its opposite. Then how am I to say what all the Upaniṣads have settled on?
