In plain words

Mother, here is champaka oil, perfumed again and again with every kind of flower, poured into a golden cup set with jewels, bees still circling it, held out gladly on every side by the hands of the women of heaven — and with it I anoint your hair, where the bees wander and lose their way, and every limb of you.

This champaka oil, O Mother, perfumed again and again with flowers of many kinds, placed in a jewelled golden cup, encircled by hovering bees, held joyfully on every side in the hands of the celestial beauties — by me it is smeared on your hair, in which the bees wander bewildered, and on all your limbs.
