In plain words
Brahman cannot be confined as non-being, being, both, vast or minute; it is neither female, male nor neuter. It is the single source from which all appears. Those who contemplate that one reality with an undivided mind shine as the blessed; the rest remain caught in the bonds of becoming.
Close to the Sanskrit
Brahman is neither non-being, nor being, nor both being and non-being; neither the great nor the minute; neither female, male, nor neuter—the one seed of all. Those one-pointed ones by whom that same Brahman has been contemplated shine as blessed; the others remain bound by the noose of becoming.
