In plain words
With devotion I will praise Viṣṇu, who has no beginning and is the beginning of the world. Inside him this wheel of birth and death goes round, exactly as we find it going round. And when he is seen, that same wheel is finished. He is the ending of saṃsāra's darkness. Hari — him I praise.
Close to the Sanskrit
With devotion I shall praise Viṣṇu, the beginningless one, the beginning of the world — in whom this wheel of transmigration revolves in just this way; on whose being seen, that wheel of transmigration perishes. Him, the destruction of the darkness of saṃsāra, Hari, I praise.
