सृष्ट्वा सर्वं स्वात्मतयैवेत्थमतर्क्यंव्याप्याथान्तः कृत्स्नमिदं सृष्टमशेषम् ।सच्च त्यच्चाभूत्परमात्मा स य एक-स्तं संसारध्वान्तविनाशं हरिमीडे ॥ २२ ॥
In plain words
He made all of this out of nothing but himself — that is how it happened, and no reasoning will reconstruct it — and then he entered what he had made and filled it from the inside, the whole of it, with nothing left out. So he became the defined and the undefined, the named and the nameless: the Supreme Self, who is one. He is the ending of the dark of saṃsāra. Hari — I praise him.

Having created all this in this manner, unthinkably, by his own selfhood alone, and then having pervaded from within this entire creation without remainder, he became both sat and tyat — the Supreme Self, he who is one: him, the destruction of the darkness of saṃsāra, Hari, I praise.
