विज्ञानांशो यस्य सतः शक्त्यधिरूढोबुद्धिर्बुध्यत्यत्र बहिर्बोध्यपदार्थान् ।नैवान्तःस्थं बुध्यति यं बोधयितारंतं संसारध्वान्तविनाशं हरिमीडे ॥ ३२ ॥
In plain words
A fragment of His consciousness — His, who simply is — rides on His power and becomes the intellect; and the intellect knows every object out here, one after another. The one seated within, who does all that knowing through it, it never knows at all. Him, the undoing of saṃsāra's darkness — Hari — I praise.
