In plain words
"May Viṣṇu protect this devotee — me, of the line of Aṅgiras — who praises with love the Puruṣa present in his own Self." Saying that, drawing the self back into the Self, forever one, I praise that Hari, the ending of saṃsāra's darkness.
Close to the Sanskrit
"May Viṣṇu protect the devotee — this Āṅgirasa, me — who with devotion praises the Puruṣa present in his own Self": thus, having withdrawn the self into one's own Self, always one, I praise that Hari who is the destruction of the darkness of saṃsāra.
