In plain words
Breath reined in, the mind shut into the heart with Om, nothing else allowed to surface — and then that mind itself let go, dissolved right there. When the mind has run out, they know Him like this: I am the light that sees. That one, in whom the darkness of saṃsāra ends — Hari — I praise.
Close to the Sanskrit
Having restrained the breaths, having shut the mind in the heart with 'Om', not calling anything else to mind, and then dissolving that very mind right here — when the mind is exhausted, whom they know as 'I am the luminous seeing' — Him, the destruction of the darkness of saṃsāra, Hari, I praise.
