। ॥ १७ ॥
In plain words
This muktāvasthā — the state of liberation — abides in Paramaśiva, is reached through the nectar in the Guru's sidelong glance of kṛpā, and is soaked through with sahaja-sukha — innate bliss. If the best of men, carried by his merits, sinks into it, sinks into it again and again, every day — then here the wise call him tyāgin, call him yogin, call him kavi.

If the best of men, by his merits, resorts to this muktāvasthā — abiding in Paramaśiva, reachable through the nectar-sidelong-glance of the Guru's kṛpā, pervaded by sahaja-sukha — plunging into it again and again, day after day, then the seers here call him tyāgin, yogin, kavi.
