In plain words

He guards the dam that holds dharma in place, and tears up the road that runs the other way. He loosens the noose of karma. He gives shelter that actually shelters. He pervades everything. Not a stain on him — his body lit by a heavy fall of gold-colored hair. Kālabhairava, sovereign of the city of Kāśī: him I worship.

Close to the Sanskrit

The protector of the embankment of dharma, and the destroyer of the path of unrighteousness; the loosener of the noose of karma, the giver of good refuge, the all-pervading one; stainless, his body made radiant by a mass of gold-colored hair — Kālabhairava, sovereign lord of the city of Kāśī, I worship.
