In plain words
Let the eyes of Nārāyaṇa's beloved be the raincloud, and compassion the wind that drives it — and let it break over this nestling bird that owns nothing and has stopped hoping, its rain falling as wealth, the scorching heat of my bad karma lifted and carried far away and kept away for good.
Close to the Sanskrit
May the water-bearing cloud that is the eyes of Nārāyaṇa's beloved — driven by the breeze of compassion — having carried far off, for a long time, the scorching heat of evil deeds, pour down a stream of wealth-water upon this dejected fledgling bird that possesses nothing.
