Verse 2

यस्यामिदं कल्पितमिन्द्रजालंचराचरं भाति मनोविलासम् ।सच्चित्सुखैका परमार्थरूपासा काशिकाहं निजबोधरूपा ॥ २ ॥

In plain words

In her this whole conjured display — everything that moves, everything that stands still — flickers up as nothing but the mind at play. She is one: being, awareness, bliss, undivided; she is what is actually real. That Kāśī is what I am, made of my own awakeness.

In which this conjured magic-net, moving and unmoving, appears as the play of the mind; she who is the one being-consciousness-bliss, whose form is the ultimate reality — that Kāśī am I, whose form is my own awareness.
