प्रातः स्तुवे परशिवां ललितां भवानींत्रय्यन्तवेद्यविभवां करुणानवद्याम् ।विश्वस्य सृष्टविलयस्थितिहेतुभूतांविद्येश्वरीं निगमवाङ्ममनसातिदूराम् ॥ 4 ॥

At dawn I praise her — Śivā at the summit, Lalitā, Bhavānī. Her glory is what the end of the three Vedas exists to know. Her compassion has not one flaw in it. She has become the cause from which this whole universe rises, in which it stands, into which it dissolves. She is the sovereign of all knowing — and she is far past the reach of scripture's speech and of the mind.
