In plain words
She who dwells upon the mountain of supreme bliss. The mountain is not mere stone, but auspiciousness itself condensed into a solid mass of joy. Resting entirely within her own radiant, unconditioned nature—just as the scriptures declare that the realized soul abides in its own majesty—she is the very embodiment of self-luminous peace, residing eternally in the heart of absolute awareness.
Close to the Sanskrit
She who has the mountain of auspiciousness as her abode. शिलानां विकारः शैलः ... The transformation of stones is a mountain, meaning a solid mass; or auspiciousness itself is the mountain, solidified. In that auspicious mountain, which is of the nature of one's own self and dense with bliss, she abides and stays—thus she is Kalyāṇaśailanilayā. As the shruti says, 'Where does that blessed one rest? He rests in his own majesty,' and from the worldly usage that Devadatta exists spontaneously in himself, it is fitting that the deity abides in her own true nature. Or else, auspiciousness itself solidified like a mountain is the auspicious mountain, the bliss-sheath; of which she is the abode—thus interpreted as a bahuvrīhi compound, it is not contradictory, on the authority of the scriptural text, 'Brahman is the tail, the foundation.' Alternatively, the auspicious mountain is Mahāmeru, and the abode is the house.
