In plain words

Salutations to the lotus-eyed Goddess, whose very glance gave birth to millions of universes, as the scriptures declare, 'That golden cosmic egg came into being.' Salutations to Her of charming form, radiant with deep gravity, steadfastness, and sweetness, embodying the immortal bliss of which the Veda speaks as the shining essence of all existence. Salutations to the ultimate witness of all spiritual disciplines—meditation, yoga, hearing, and deep reflection—the pure, unrelated seer of every human endeavor, who shines as the unchanging ground and material cause of the entire universe. Salutations to the supreme impeller of all action, who animates even the inert rules of language and command, breathing life and purpose into every cosmic motion from Her own luminous consciousness.

Close to the Sanskrit

She who is lotus-eyed, whose glance of Her eyes created countless millions of universes, according to the scriptural statement 'that golden egg came into being', salutations to Her, the lotus-eyed one. She who has a charming form, who is extremely delightful due to manifesting many virtues such as profound gravity, steadfastness, and sweetness, according to the scriptural statement 'that which shines forth as the immortal bliss-form', or else 'kamravigrahā' meaning having the form of Lalitā because of being bliss-nature itself, salutations to Her of charming form. She who is the witness of actions and other practices, those actions being upāsanā, yoga, hearing, reflection, and profound meditation, of which She is the unrelated seer, according to the scriptural statement 'the witness, the conscious thinker', or alternatively, actions and other means to Self-realization residing in the jīva serving as witness-states, because She does not depend on them and is the material cause of the manifesting universe, salutations to Her who is the witness of actions. She who is the causer of action, where causative agency named commanding ability—the property of suffixes like liṅ, loṭ, and tavya which awaken karmic impulses and originate duty and prescriptions—is called prescriptive volition, and since those suffixes being sound-based and inert are incapable of such agency by themselves, [She is the causer] by being their supporting consciousness.
