एजदनेकजगदीश्वरी ।एजन्ति कम्पमानानि चेष्टमानानि प्राणवन्ति जीवन्ति अनेकानि नानोपाधिकानि जगन्तिजङ्गमानि विचरत्प्राणिन इत्यर्थः ।ईष्टे प्रेरयतीति ईश्वरी ।स्थावराणां सुखदुःखप्राप्तिपरिहारोपायानभिज्ञत्वेऽपि स्वजीवनहेतुभूतोदकपानादिप्रवृत्तिदर्शनाच्चेष्टावत्त्वं तत्राप्यस्तीति जगच्छब्दो निर्विशेषप्रपञ्चमात्रपरो वक्तव्यः, अन्यथा सर्वेषु भूतेषु' इति श्रुतौ चरप्राणिमात्रपरत्वे संकोचापत्तेः ।असति विराधे सामान्यवाचकस्य शब्दस्य विशेषलक्षणाङ्गीकारस्य न्याय्यत्वात् ।अन्यथा ब्रह्मणः प्रपञ्चमात्रोत्पत्त्यादिहेतुत्वं सङ्कुचितं भवेत् ।अत एव आकरे एजत्पदम् उपात्तम् ।यथाकथंचित क्रियाश्रयत्वेन प्राणवत्त्वमात्रस्य समष्टिहिरण्यगर्भाश्रयत्वेन सर्वेषां प्रेर्यत्वं संभवतीति भावः ॥ॐ एजदनेकजगदीश्वर्यै नमः ॥एकवीरादिसंसेव्या चैकप्राभवशालिनी ।ईकाररूपा चेशित्री चेप्सितार्थप्रदायिनी ॥ ९ ॥एकवीरादिसंसेव्या ।एकः अनितरसाधारणः वीरः पुरश्चर्यादिना कृतमन्त्रदेवतासाक्षात्कारलब्धपुरुषार्थः पुमान् विजयप्राप्ताभ्युदयशाली ।राजराजनिष्ठधैर्यगाम्भीर्यादिगुणवत्त्वेन तत्तद्देवत्तोपासकाः पुरुषाः वीरा इत्युच्यन्ते ।यासां

She is the Sovereign of the vast, vibrating cosmos. Every living thing—whether moving with breath or standing silent like a tree—vibrates with Her life-force. Even the silent plants draw water and sustain themselves, proving that Her movement stirs within all. To limit Her lordship only to what moves would be to limit the infinite Brahman, who is the source of the entire universe. Thus, she is the impulse behind all that exists. Salutations to Her, the Ruler of this living, breathing world. She is worshipped by the heroic seekers who have realized the ultimate truth, and She shines with absolute, unrivaled power. Embodied as the sacred syllable 'Ī', She governs the cosmos and lovingly grants every deep desire of the heart. To be worshipped by supreme heroes means to be adored by those rare, courageous seekers who, through intense devotion and sacred practice, have come face-to-face with the Divine. These are the true heroes of the spirit, filled with unshakeable courage and depth, who worship the supreme Mother of all.

The ruler of the multiple moving worlds: they move, meaning they tremble, act, possess breath, live—the manifold worlds which are mobile and have various limiting adjuncts, meaning wandering living beings. She rules, meaning she impels, thus she is the Ruler (Īśvarī). Even though stationary beings are ignorant of the means of obtaining happiness and avoiding misery, because we observe their activity such as drinking water which is the cause of their life, movement exists there too; thus the word 'jagat' (world) must be understood as referring to the entire universe without distinction. Otherwise, in the scriptural text 'in all beings', if it referred only to moving creatures, it would result in an unwarranted limitation. When there is no contradiction, it is proper to accept a specific figurative meaning for a word that has a general meaning. Otherwise, Brahman's status as the cause of the creation, etc., of the entire universe would be limited. For this very reason, the word 'ejat' (moving) is employed in the original text. In whatever manner, by being the locus of action, the mere presence of life-force, by having the collective Hiranyagarbha as the locus, the capacity of all to be impelled is possible—this is the purport. Om, salutations to the Ruler of the multiple moving worlds. She who is fit to be served by supreme heroes and others, who possesses unrivaled power, who is embodied as the letter 'Ī', who is the ruler, and who is the granter of desired objects (9). She who is fit to be served by supreme heroes: 'One' means unique or extraordinary. A 'hero' is a man who has attained the human goals by achieving direct vision of the deity of the mantra through preparatory rites and so on, and who possesses prosperity attained through victory. By virtue of possessing qualities like courage and gravity residing in kings of kings, the worshippers of respective deities are called heroes. Of whom...
