In plain words
Through the path of inquiry, the singular truth of pure awareness shines forth and reveals itself. Or rather, 'ekaprābhava' signifies the ultimate, undivided sovereignty of the universe. Since every chain of ruling authority must ultimately anchor somewhere—as the Veda declares: 'This is the lord of all, the master of beings, the guardian of existence'—and since the fullness of all divine promptings finds its home in Her alone as the inner dweller and the awakener of direct vision, the final truth stands clear: the supreme Goddess, the unconditioned cause of all worlds whose very being is unbroken bliss and awareness, is to be meditated upon directly in Her own luminous essence. Obeisance to Her who shines with peerless majesty! She embodies the sacred letter Ī, the third vital limb of the mantra that invokes Her. Obeisance to the form of Ī! She is the supreme Controller, the inner inspirer who wills and governs all. Obeisance to the divine Controller! She is the grantor of all cherished prayers—bestowing both worldly well-being and supreme liberation, fulfilling every deep longing of the heart, far transcending the distant, delayed fruits born of mere ritual action.

Through inquiry, the one reality characterized by existence and pure consciousness shines forth and reveals itself. Alternatively, 'ekaprābhava' means primary universal sovereignty. Because a hierarchy of ruling powers must necessarily find its ultimate resting place somewhere—as confirmed by the Vedic text 'This is the supreme lord, this is the ruler of beings, this is the guardian of beings'—and because the full culmination of all superior promptings of speech and other organs resides exclusively in Her by virtue of her being the inner controller and the source of direct realization, the definitive conclusion is that the supreme Goddess, who is characterized by the indirect definition of being the unconstrained independent cause of the universe and whose nature is unbroken existence-consciousness-bliss, must certainly be meditated upon in her own essential nature. Salutation to Her who possesses sole majesty. She is of the form of the letter ī, which is the third component part of the mantra that expresses Her. Salutation to Her who is of the form of the letter ī. She is the female controller, meaning she is the universal instigator who wills and governs. Salutation to the female controller. Desired objects are those which are sought after and prayed for—namely, worldly prosperity and liberation—which are objects of desire meant to be attained, reached, and obtained. Forming a descriptive compound, she is one who bestows all desired objects, unlike mere rituals whose unseen results manifest only after a lapse of time.
