In plain words

She is precisely that. Or rather, her physical frame—from her head to her hands—shines with the luminous, flawless marks described in the ancient science of physiognomy. Salutation to the divine Mother, whose very form radiates auspicious grace. She is the sovereign mistress over countless trillions of worlds. Because cosmic existence is beginningless, universes stretch across past and future in unfathomable numbers. These very cosmos—manifesting as collective and individual principles like Hiranyagarbha and Viraj, conditioned by the waking and dreaming states—are animated by her. As the foundational awareness underlying them all, she brings them into being through her own reality; thus she is their supreme mistress. Salutation to her who rules over infinite universes. She is the ultimate implied truth of the Upanishads, reached through the refined hermeneutical methods of scriptural interpretation. Or, she is that pure consciousness realized when the mind dissolves through the deep maturity of yoga practices, shining as the unconditioned goal sought by seekers from the preceptor. That very reality of pure awareness and supreme bliss is none other than she herself, as the scripture declares: 'Brahman indeed is this immortal, Brahman before, Brahman behind, Brahman to the south and to the north...'

She is that, because of which. Or alternatively, those limbs and bodily parts of hers such as the head and hands which are brilliant with divine marks declared in the science of physiognomy are thus. Salutation to her who is divine and radiant with auspicious marks. The ruler of a hundred thousand crores of universes: hundred thousands and crores means innumerable and limitless, because samsara is beginningless, the universes have a vast number categorized by past, future, etc., and those very universes, being in the forms of Hiranyagarbha and Viraj as aggregate and individual, having become the conditioning adjuncts of Visva and Taijasa, as the foundational reflection-consciousness, she who leads them by causing them to attain her own existence is the mistress. Salutation to the ruler of a hundred thousand crores of universes. She whose implied meaning is such: the meaning of the great sentences of Vedanta which is established through secondary implication, purification, or the jahadajahallakshana, is she whose nature is consciousness. Or, consciousness realized through the maturity of practices like hatha and raja yoga resulting in the dissolution of the mind in various meditative stages known in yoga treatises and characterized as the object of desire of respective minds or as attributeless, is called the target (lakshya); artha means that which is sought toward the guru; that targeted meaning which is of the nature of consciousness and supreme bliss is also she herself, thus: 'Brahman indeed is this immortal, Brahman in front, Brahman behind, Brahman to the south and north...'
