In plain words
The Upanishad declares: 'For the sage who has realized the Self and fulfilled all aspirations, all desires dissolve right here in this life.' Salutations to the Divine Mother who is the ultimate fulfillment of all desires. Her form is as delicate and graceful as a celestial wish-fulfilling vine, which is famous throughout the universe for granting every human aspiration. Salutations to Her whose body is a living vine of grace. Her forehead is radiantly beautiful, adorned with a glowing mark of fragrant musk. She is draped in cascading necklaces of pure pearls, easily attained as the loving mother of Ganesha, filled with divine modesty, and eternally free from cosmic dissolution. These pearls, set in gold and inlaid with nine precious gems, drape elegantly over her entire form—from her crown and forehead down to her ears, neck, arms, bodice, and waist-girdle, shimmering with celestial light.

For the one whose desires are completely fulfilled, who is self-realized indeed, right here all desires dissolve, according to the Upanishadic scripture. Om, salutations to Her who has obtained all desires. 'Creeper-bodied': like a creeper; creepers are the wish-fulfilling vines, famous in the world for granting all human goals; like them, her body or form is the locus of delicacy and other qualities; thus she is so. Om, salutations to the creeper-bodied. Her forehead shines with an ornament, she is adorned with hanging pearl strings, she is attainable by the mother of Ganesha, rich in modesty, and free from dissolution (16). 'Forehead shining with an ornament': by an ornament, namely a musk tilaka or a musk leaf-design, her forehead is shining, intensely beautiful; thus she is so. Om, salutations to Her whose forehead shines with an ornament. 'Adorned with hanging pearl strings': hanging, cascading downwards, pearl strings or necklaces or pearls of whom, she is so; meaning, by clusters of gold and pearls studded with nine gems hanging down on all limbs, up to the forehead, on the lower part of the hanging crown, forehead band, nose tip, earrings, lower ear, neck, four hands, armlets, bodice, surrounding pendants, and waist-girdle, hanging all around.
