In plain words

She is the ultimate support of all, pervading every corner of existence as the inner life-force declared by the Vedas. Completely untouched by any flaw, conditioning, or worldly sorrow—just as space within a pot remains untainted by the clay, or the sun's light remains undefiled by the blemishes it shines upon—She is the radiant, crimson-hued Mother of the universe. Because every effect is intrinsically non-different from its cause, just as cloth is never separate from thread, She embraces the entire cosmos as her own living identity.

Of which, that thus. Om, salutations to the support of all. All-pervading: because all go [into it], thus, on the authority of the Shruti 'having entered this through the living self as the Self'. Om, salutations to the all-pervading one. Devoid of all faults: the causes of disrespect and those qualities are thus; superimposed through the connection with the spiritual in the aggregate, and the modifications of the inner organ in the individual; and all those faults are thus. Although pervading all due to being the inner controller of all, She is not bound by the highest and lowest dharmas residing in various limiting adjuncts—like space residing in a pot or a sword inside its scabbard; on the authority of the Shruti 'as the sun, the eye of the whole world, is not tainted by external ocular defects, so the one inner self of all beings is not tainted by worldly sorrow, being external'. Om, salutations to the faultless one. 'That one is all-red, red in all limbs, possessing deep redness, mro is red' on the authority of the Shruti. Om, salutations to the all-red one. Mother of all: measured or inferred as non-different by all effects, thus. Furthermore: this universe is non-different from Brahman because it is the object of existence, illumination, and knowledge governed by that reality; whatever possesses constant existence and illumination, just as cloth is the effect of threads. She measures all, knowing them through identity with herself, thus. Om, salutations to the mother of all. He is non-different from that.
