In plain words
She breathes life back into the afflicted by revealing her identity with the heart of the hrīṃkāra mantra, bestowing the fullness of absolute being, consciousness, and bliss. Salutation to her who is the cool moonlight of the hrīṃkāra. As the blazing sun, though present in the sky, remains hidden behind heavy monsoon clouds so that life stalls and minds grow troubled, so too for aspirants who have not yet unlocked the profound deity-form of the mantra, the thick clouds of past karma obscure their vision. But when the fierce wind of great accumulated merit blows those clouds away—just as the blazing sun breaks through—and when the guru's compassionate glance initiates and removes every obstacle, the vibrant power of the mantra awakens direct realization. Through prolonged and unbroken meditation, that supreme consciousness of boundless joy rises up of its own accord, bathing the seeker in the sweet nectar of ultimate fulfillment. Salutation to her who is the sun-like radiance of the hrīṃkāra, the lightning flash of that vast ocean...

Salutation to the moonlight of the hrīṃkāra. The radiance of the hrīṃkāra is the sun. Just as the sun, though existing by day when the quarters are enveloped by heavy flowing water-currents during the rains, is not an object of visual knowledge, and in its absence, due to the absence of life-sustaining activities like eating and the non-accomplishment of means thereof, minds become distressed; similarly, for people who are not qualified for the path of knowledge and whose hrīṃkāra is an unknown deity form serving as a means to liberation, when the bank of clouds is removed by the greatness of abundant merit like a great wind, like the blazing sun, the hūṃkāra—being the cause of direct realization of the expressed meaning through preliminary practice—becomes the instrument of happiness through initiation in the form of the guru's compassionate glance when obstructing sins are removed. When contemplation practiced continuously over a long time becomes mature and faces one, the pure consciousness-ray of supreme bliss, which is its implied meaning, manifests spontaneously and satisfies with the nectar of the experience of bliss; therefore she is thus addressed. Salutation to the sun-radiance of the hrīṃkāra. The lightning of the hrīṃkāra-ocean, bestowing waters as nectars...
