In plain words

Homage to the Divine Mother, who springs forth as the tender root-shoot of the sacred seed-syllable hrīṃ. She finds her sole refuge and supreme resting place in hrīṃ, the unequaled mantra that fulfills every human aspiration and reveals the highest truth. As the radiant swan upon the serene lake of hrīṃ, she offers profound solace to souls wandering wearily through the tangled forest of worldly existence. Like a brilliant peahen dancing in the celestial orchard of this primordial sound, she awakens the ultimate harvest of joy and liberation.

Obeisance to her who is the sprout of the root of hrīṃkāra. She is intent solely on hrīṃkāra. Hrīṃkāra indeed is the one supreme refuge, illuminator, and authority, being the accomplisher of the fourfold goals of human life, and she is thus. The expressed meaning of this seed is māyā; since it cannot be established without a substratum, it is indicated by that which is free from it through being its locus and object, this is the purport. Obeisance to her who is devoted solely to hrīṃkāra. She is the female swan in the lake of hrīṃkāra. Hrīṃkāra indeed is the lake, a royal pleasure pond. Hrīṃkāra is compared to it because it is the cause of rest for people wandering in the forest of saṃsāra, as the śruti says: 'They see his resting place, no one sees him.' Ārāma means that wherein one rejoices completely, or the world. Hrīṃkāra is compared to it because it bestows supreme bliss through worship and the like. Within that is the female swan, the she-swan. Just as in the world a stepped well possessing golden lotuses and the like, adorned with a swan capable of discerning essence from non-essence... what relationship is being communicated to the king? The intention is that shining forth as the expressed meaning, she illuminates the capacity to generate happiness and the cause of liberation of her associated seed. Obeisance to her who is the lake of hrīṃkāra. She is the peahen in the garden of hrīṃkāra. Hrīṃkāra indeed is like a garden because it causes the experience of fruits, and she is its peahen. Just as in the world...
