In plain words

She is the direct verbal signifier of the ultimate reality. Salutation to her who is invoked by the sacred seed letter 'sa'. She is Samarasā—the homogeneous essence of bliss. Just as sweetness remains uniformly present across diverse forms like liquid nectar or solid jaggery, so too is she the single underlying reality. While in worldly life the individual soul and the cosmic lord appear divided by limited knowledge and omniscience, when the mind is transformed by the liberating wisdom of Vedanta and realizes 'I am Brahman', all division dissolves. In that direct awakening, she is experienced as the one non-dual reality, as the Upanishad declares: 'The essence itself is bliss.' She is that supreme Brahman, undivided and whole, celebrated by the Taittiriya Upanishad. Salutation to the Goddess of non-dual bliss. She is Sakalāgamasaṃstutā—glorified by all sacred scriptures. The Agamas are those texts that comprehensively lead the seeker to the truth, generating valid knowledge of all things. Her name encompasses the entirety of traditional wisdom, including the Vedas, Epics, Puranas, and all auxiliary disciplines without exception. All scriptures praise her with the absolute conviction that nothing higher exists, drawing their very life and validity from her. Because she is pure consciousness and the ultimate wisdom that brings liberation, the profound import of all illuminating scriptures is simply this: she is the supreme object of inquiry. Salutation to her who is extolled by every sacred tradition.

Close to the Sanskrit

The expressive word of whom she is thus. Om, salutation to the one named by 'sa'. Samarasā: Sama means one essence, established uniformly in action across sweet juices and lumps of jaggery etc. Or else, in the state of worldly existence, when perceived as having differing natures and flavors due to differentiating attributes like omniscience and limited agency, she is directly realized as uniform in the state of non-dual experience through the pervasive awareness generated by hearing Vedanta 'I am Brahman', in accordance with the scriptural text 'Raso vai saḥ'; the meaning of the word rasa is the supreme Brahman, she of whom that [Brahman] is non-different is thus, meaning she is the one established by the Taittiriya Upanishad. Om, salutation to Samarasā. Sakalāgamasaṃstutā: Ā-samantāt-gamayanti, they cause to reach, hence are Agamas—meaning the Vedas which generate valid knowledge encompassing all objects. Sakala means possessing all limbs, sub-limbs, esoteric secrets along with Itihasas and Puranas, without deficiency or excess. Praised by them, properly praised with the firm conviction that there is nothing higher than this, meaning that they depend upon her as the subject expressing qualities residing in the possessor of qualities. The implied meaning is that the Vedas, which illuminate all meanings, are to be inquired into as the form of knowledge causing liberation, through her nature as pure consciousness and as the subject of their praise. Om, salutation to Sakalāgamasaṃstutā.
