In plain words
She who grants ultimate spiritual progress is praised thus. Salutation to her who is the bestower of the supreme goal. She is contemplated with supreme reverence by the primordial sages—Sanaka, Sanandana, Sanatana, and Sanatkumara—who are free from craving and anxiety, and who perceive their total identity with the absolute through direct realization, echoing the sacred declarations of the Upanishads. She is the divine consort of Sadashiva. She is the underlying substratum of all existence, the embodiment of truth, perfect in form, the creator of the entire cosmos, and peerless, having no equal or superior.

Om, salutation to her who is meditated by sages like Sanaka. The family-woman of Sadashiva. Sadashiva has a family consisting of this, thus. Om, salutation to the family-woman of Sadashiva. She who is the substratum of all, of true form, of equal form, the creator of all manifestation, devoid of an equal or superior.
