In plain words
She is completely free from any second entity or superior, as affirmed by the Upanishadic declaration 'One only without a second.' She towers above all existence, as the cause ever transcends its effect, echoing the Vedic verse describing how all beings form but a quarter of her infinite glory. She is utterly unattached, partless, and free from phenomenal bonds, transcending all causes and supports. At the same time, she is endowed with supreme, auspicious attributes such as true resolve, embodying the cosmic potencies of creation, preservation, and dissolution, and she grants every cherished aspiration to her devotees.

Deals with any higher, devoid of that pair. 'Brahman one only without a second' - thus is the meaning of the shruti. Om, salutation to her who is devoid of an equal or superior. Highest of all, devoid of attachment, endowed with attributes, supreme mistress of all. She who embodies the letter ka, delighting in poetry, captivator of Kameshvara's mind. Highest of all. Because of the superiority of the cause relative to the effect, towering above all, 'A quarter of this is all beings, three-quarters of this is immortal in heaven' - thus from the shruti. Om, salutation to the highest of all. Devoid of attachment. By virtue of being partless, or without a cause, or free from attributes, or without a support, or due to her eternal pure, conscious, and liberated nature, devoid of connections; 'He is unattached, indeed he does not get attached', 'Nor is there any generator or lord of this' - thus is the intent of the shruti. Om, salutation to her who is devoid of attachment. Possessed of attributes. Samā means uniform, whose qualities are truthful desires and the like; 'Possessor of qualities, knower of all, whose desires are true, whose resolve is true' - thus from the shruti. Or she exists along with the qualities of sattva, rajas, and tamas as the embodiment of the three divine forms, thus. Om, salutation to her who possesses attributes. Bestower of all desired objects. Desired things mean objects which have become subjects of desire, and all of them, thus forming an identity compound; otherwise individual souls and others
