In plain words
...this is the meaning. Alternatively, the word 'dhī' refers to omniscience and other divine attributes; she is the one who possesses them, as the scripture says, 'He who is all-knowing and all-wise.' Salutations to Labdhadhī. She is Labdhavāñchitā because she has already attained all that is desirable, meaning the cherished fruits of life. She is the one whose every desire is eternally fulfilled. Salutations to Labdhavāñchitā. She is Labdhapāpamanodūrā because she is far from those whose minds are dominated by sin and who constantly dwell on sinful thoughts. Those who are dominated by a passionate or ignorant ego cannot know her, even with intense effort through various spiritual practices, because their bodies and minds lack the quality of purity...

Labdhavāñchitā: that which is the object of desire is the desired, meaning the cherished fruit. She by whom that is obtained even beforehand is so. That is to say, she whose desires are fulfilled. Salutations to Labdhavāñchitā. Labdhapāpamanodūrā: those minds which are dominated by sin are sinful minds; those by whom sinful minds are obtained are those who always think of sin. She is far, meaning unknowable, to them, from the scripture 'Other than righteousness, other than unrighteousness, other than this cause and effect'. Because the respective duties of castes and stages of life, prescribed by the scripture, when performed with the attitude of offering to God, are heard to be the means of self-knowledge, while for others they are the means of attaining pain and are dominated by sinful impressions, she is difficult to reach. Salutations to Labdhapāpamanodūrā. Labdhāhaṅkāradurgamā: ego is pride, implying its effects which are the specific demonic qualities. Those by whom the active and passive ego is obtained find it impossible to know or reach her even with great effort through the collection of practices. In the absence of the quality of purity in the body...
