In plain words
Based on the scriptural declaration that the sacrificial fee is the lawful wife, and the Lord's teaching that He is propitiated by the sacrifice of wisdom, the direct realization of the inner meaning of the seed-syllable hrīṃ is itself the supreme sacrifice. Just as the fee is the principal fruit of a ritual, she stands supreme as the ultimate fruition of all spiritual endeavor.
Close to the Sanskrit
Because of the scriptural statement 'The sacrificial fee is the lawful wife', and the divine statement 'I am propitiated by that sacrifice of knowledge, such is my conviction', the direct realization of the implied meaning of the hrīṃ-syllable is itself the hrīṃ-sacrifice and the hrīṃ-knowledge-sacrifice. Since the primary element in any sacrifice is the fee, she is principal by virtue of being the ultimate fruit. Sacrifice is defined as the abandonment of substance directed toward a deity; oblation is the casting of the abandoned substance into the fire. The distribution of wealth on the altar directed toward priests is the fee, while the distribution of wealth outside the altar to supplicants is charity; thus is their distinction.
