In plain words
Just as lordship, supremacy over all gods, and supreme beauty naturally belong to Vishnu, so too do the divine attributes of being the beloved of Sri and other powers manifest effortlessly in the seeker who worships the deity of the Hrīṃkāra. By realizing absolute oneness with Narayana, these qualities are established spontaneously. This is the deep meaning implied by the word 'Kaustubha'—the jewel worn on the chest of the Lord. Salutations to Her, the Kaustubha gem shining in the ocean of the Hrīṃkāra mantra. She is 'Hrīṃkāramantrasarvasvā'—the ultimate treasure of the mantra, the source of all inner wealth, including the eight great spiritual powers like atomization, and the dynamic energy that fulfills every noble aspiration. Salutations to Her, the very essence of the Hrīṃkāra mantra. She is 'Hrīṃkāraparasaukhyadā'—the bestower of supreme joy to those devoted to the sacred repetition of the Hrīṃkāra and the Sri Vidya. She grants the profound happiness that comes from fulfilling the four great aims of life. Alternatively, She is the one who brings the three great powers of the trinity—Brahma, Vishnu, and Rudra—into the perfect, harmonious bliss of non-dual union. For as the Upanishads beautifully sing: 'Where one sees nothing else, hears nothing else, and knows nothing else, that is the Infinite... there is no lasting joy in the finite,' and 'The one who knows the bliss of Brahman is free from all fear.' When the seeker finds a fearless foundation in that which is invisible, formless, beyond words, and self-supported, they enter into absolute peace. Brahman is pure consciousness, ultimate bliss, the greatest treasure, and the final refuge.
Close to the Sanskrit
Just as the qualities of lordship, supremacy over all gods, and being the most beautiful of all belong to Vishnu, even so, for the worshipper of the deity of the Hrīṃkāra who shines in the ocean of Hrīṃkāra, the attributes of being the beloved of Sri and so forth are established spontaneously through non-difference from Narayana; this is implied by the word 'Kaustubha'—thus it should be understood. Salutations to Her who is the Kaustubha gem in the ocean of Hrīṃkāra. 'Hrīṃkāramantrasarvasvā': all those wealths of one's own, such as the power of atomization and the other eight lordly powers, she is their all-in-all, meaning she is the complete wealth, the power that accomplishes all goals. Salutations to Her who is the all-in-all of the Hrīṃkāra mantra. 'Hrīṃkāraparasaukhyadā': those devoted to Hrīṃkāra, meaning those devoted to the chanting of the Hrīṃkāra mantra or the Sri Vidya mantra containing Hrīṃkāra—to them she gives the bliss born of attaining the fourfold goals of life. Or, the individual expressed meanings of the three Hrīṃkāras, namely the three deities (Brahma, Vishnu, Rudra), to them she gives the supreme bliss of non-dual union. As the many Upanishadic texts declare: 'Where one sees no other, hears no other, knows no other, that is the Infinite... there is no joy in the finite,' 'The knower of the bliss of Brahman fears nothing,' 'When he finds fearless foundation in this invisible, unembodied, inexpressible, supportless reality, then he attains fearlessness,' and 'Brahman is consciousness, bliss, the wealth of the giver, the supreme goal'—from these scriptures, the non-dual existence-consciousness-bliss...
