In plain words

Her crown gleams with strands of pearls; her face carries the light of the full moon. Anklets ring at her feet, small bells, jewels — she is bright as a lotus. She gives whatever is asked of her, this daughter of the mountain, with Sarasvatī and Lakṣmī waiting on her. To Mīnākṣī I bow, and go on bowing: an ocean whose water is compassion.

Close to the Sanskrit

Her who is lovely with a crown gleaming with strands of pearls, whose radiance is the face of the full moon; her who wears jingling anklets, little bells and gems, resplendent with the lustre of the lotus; her who grants every desired fruit, the mountain's daughter, attended by Vāṇī and Ramā — to Mīnākṣī, the ocean of the waters of compassion, I am bowed, continually, I.
