In plain words

That which belongs to lower knowledge, bound to the fruits of action, is only relatively true. But this belongs to higher knowledge, because its nature is the ultimate reality. This alone is the true object of wisdom as it actually is, whereas the rest, rooted in ignorance, is unreal.

Close to the Sanskrit

That which is the object of lower knowledge, characterized by the fruit of action, that is relative. But this is the object of higher knowledge, because of being characterized as supreme reality. That this truth is real as it is, the object of knowledge; and because of being the object of ignorance, the other is unreal.
