In plain words
The world of change appears through That, yet That remains nondual and unchanged. Mind, intellect, memory, the sense of ‘I’, and every mental movement arise from it. That alone am I.
Close to the Sanskrit
That through whose manifestation the changing world came to be, which is the support of modification yet cannot itself be other because of nonduality, and from which arise the activities of mind, intellect, citta, the I-form and mental modes—that alone I am.
