In plain words

That pervades within and without and is eternally pure; That alone is the root of Sat-Cit-Ānanda, of being, consciousness, and bliss. From That the entire Prapañca—the world in its gross and subtle forms—appears and is born. That alone I am.

Close to the Sanskrit

That which pervades within and without, ever pure; that which is one, always the root of Sat-Cit-Ānanda—being, consciousness, and bliss; from which is the appearance of the gross and subtle Prapañca, the manifest world; from which is its origination—that alone I am.
