In plain words
I am undivided and without shape, present everywhere, pervading every sense that reports anything at all. Evenness is simply how I am — not achieved, not held. There is no bondage here and no release from it. I am awareness itself, and it is whole: I am Śiva, I am Śiva.
Close to the Sanskrit
I am without mental division, formless by nature, all-pervading, having pervaded everywhere, present in all the senses. Evenness is always mine; there is neither liberation nor bondage. Of the nature of consciousness and bliss, I am Śiva, I am Śiva.
