। ॥ १५ ॥
In plain words
There's no real discernment between the Self and what isn't the Self; there is no real understanding that the body must perish. And so — even wise people end up spending their whole lives for nothing.
Close to the Sanskrit
Neither is there discrimination between Self and non-Self, nor is there knowledge of the body’s perishability. This being so, even by the wise, their own lifespan is spent in vain.
