Verse 21

कस्य वशे प्राणिगणः सत्यप्रियभाषिणो विनीतस्य ।क्व स्थातव्यं न्याय्ये पथि दृष्टादृष्टलाभाढ्ये ॥ २० ॥

In plain words

Whose sway are all creatures under? That of the humble person who speaks what is both true and kind. And where should you make your stand? Upon the righteous path that yields both worldly and spiritual fulfillment.
