In plain words
For the Guru, the entire Indrajāla—the magic show of Dvaita, duality—has dissolved through his own Anubhūti, realization ripened to fullness. That truth stays deeply hidden from minds corrupted by floods of wrongdoing, yet it is clear to those of lucid understanding. Though he had fully realized it in his own heart, he called it to mind again through his own seeing, so that true disciples might awaken to the truth intrinsic to every world.

The Guru, for whom the Indrajāla—the magic show—of Dvaita, duality, has dissolved through his own Anubhūti, realization ripened again and again: that truth, hidden—hidden—from minds made corrupt by floods of wrongdoing, but clear to those endowed with sound understanding, though fully experienced here in his own heart, he recollected through his own vision for the awakening of true disciples—the truth intrinsic to all the worlds.
