In plain words

Nothing whatever exists apart from me. Whatever Cit, consciousness, illumines as an object is false. As fire seems to inhabit a guñjā berry, I am the Adhiṣṭhāna—the ground—of every Kalanā, every conception the mind makes. I am the witness of all, the same essence everywhere, peaceful and untouched by wrong. I am fullness beyond Dvaita, boundless as space, eternal.

Close to the Sanskrit

Other than me, indeed, nothing whatever exists. If anything is illumined by Cit—consciousness—then it is false. Just like fire in a guñjā berry, I am the Adhiṣṭhāna, the substratum, of every Kalanā, every conception. I am also the seer of all; I am of one essence; peaceful am I; sinless am I. Complete am I; free from Dvaita, duality, am I; vast space am I; eternal am I.
