। ॥ १९ ॥
In plain words
The power of Śabda, the word, lies beyond thought; through Śabda itself, Aparokṣa-dhī—direct knowledge—can arise, just as a sleeping person wakes at the sound of a word.
Close to the Sanskrit
Because the power of Śabda—the word—is inconceivable, Aparokṣa-dhī, direct cognition, arises from Śabda alone, just as a person deep in sleep is awakened by a word alone.
