अस्मिन्कृतं तत्परिगृह्य सर्वममुत्र भुङ्क्ते पुनरेति मार्गम् ॥ ९ ॥

In plain words

Whatever was done here, he gathers up all of it and carries it with him; he consumes it in the world beyond, and then he takes the road back again.

Having taken hold of all that which was done in this (world), he enjoys (it) in that other (world); again he goes the path.
