In plain words

From that bright and pure Brahman spoken of before, there arises the cosmic soul known as Hiranyagarbha. Once born, this cosmic principle expands as the macrocosmic form of Virat. That bright and pure Brahman, though situated among physical luminaries like the sun, is neither warmed nor illuminated by them; rather, it shines by its own light and is the very source of warmth and illumination for them. That blessed Lord, who is illuminated by nothing else and yet illuminates everything, shining purely by himself—that Lord is beheld by yogis alone.

Close to the Sanskrit

From the bright, pure Brahman previously mentioned, Brahman named Hiranyagarbha originates, is born. Then the born Brahman grows as the Virat-soul through the bright. That bright, pure Brahman, being unheated and unilluminated by those among lights like the sun, shines by itself, being the heater and illuminator even of them. Who, not illuminated by others, illuminator of all, shines by itself alone—that blessed Lord yogis alone see.
