आकाशादिदेहान्तं जगत्सृष्ट्वा हृदये निविष्टः अजः चरः चराचरात्मा सन् न दृश्यते स्वेनात्मना चित्सदानन्दाद्वितीयेन ।तम् अहोरात्रम् अतन्द्रितो भूत्वा कोषपञ्चकेभ्यो निष्क्रम्य सर्वान्तरात्मानं मत्वा कविरास्ते प्रसन्नः कृतार्थः सन्नित्यर्थः ॥
In plain words
Having projected the entire cosmos—from the subtle element of space down to the physical body—the unborn Lord resides secretly within the heart. Though He is the very soul of all moving and unmoving things, He is not perceived in His true nature as non-dual existence-consciousness-bliss by ordinary vision... Vigilant day and night, the wise sage steps beyond the five sheaths, realizes the innermost Self of all, and abides in serene fulfillment.

Having created the universe ending with the body starting from space, entered into the heart, the unborn moving as the soul of the moving and unmoving, is not seen by His own self as the non-dual consciousness-existence-bliss... Being unwearied day and night, having emerged from the five sheaths, knowing the innermost self of all, the seer abides serene and fulfilled.
