। ॥ १४१ ॥
In plain words
Celibacy. Harmlessness. Not running down even the good. Bearing the insults of others and all the rest of it. These take hold only in someone who has titikṣā — the settled power to endure.
Close to the Sanskrit
Celibacy, and harmlessness, and the non-censuring even of the good, and the enduring of insults and the like from others — these are accomplished only in one who possesses forbearance.
