Just as a devoted woman feels an unshakable, urgent haste to enter the flames alongside her beloved husband, abandoning her home and all else because she sees its utter transience and longs only for reunion—so too is that fierce urgency the true instrument for the seeker of liberation reaching the ultimate goal.

Leaving home and all with the thought of its worthlessness, with the desire for happiness, of one wishing to enter into fire with her own husband, the fixed and very firm haste of a beloved woman which is—that is the instrument in reaching the final fruit for a seeker of liberation.
