The body that is never quite well. The worrying that never lets up. Look all of that over honestly: who does not turn away?

The intense suffering arisen from diseases beginning with bile-disorder, fever, piles, consumption, abdominal tumour, colic and phlegm; the foul odour; the ill-health; the anxiety that never diminishes — having considered these, who indeed does not go to dispassion?
