। ॥ ३५३ ॥
In plain words
Driven by his own vāsanās, and by nothing else, he never stops acting — and the acts come in both kinds, the meritorious and the wrong. Then he eats the exact fruit they grow: pleasure, and pain, here and in the world to come.
Close to the Sanskrit
Impelled by his own vāsanās alone, he constantly performs action marked by both kinds; and he undergoes the specific fruit produced from that — pleasure and pain — both in the world beyond and here.
