। । ॥ ३८९ ॥

In plain words

That is why his name is settled as Hiraṇyagarbha, the golden womb. And because he pervades every subtle body and stands there the way one thread runs through a string of gems, he is Sūtrātman, the thread-self; and because he breathes, he is called Prāṇa.

Close to the Sanskrit

"Hiraṇyagarbha" — thus his designation is held, from that. Because of abiding, having pervaded all the subtle bodies as a thread in strings of gems, he is Sūtrātman; from vivifying, he is called Prāṇa.
