। ॥ ४५६ ॥
In plain words
From the gross body all the way down to ignorance itself, everything marked as cause or effect, everything that can be seen — all of it is anātmā, not what you are. Know this, you who can tell things apart.
Close to the Sanskrit
That which begins with the gross and ends with ignorance, which is characterized by effect and cause, all that is seen — know it thus as not-Self, O discerning one.
