In plain words
A mouth bringing up phlegm. A nose running. An eye wet with tears. A body leaking sweat, packed full of filth, foul-smelling from every side. The rest cannot even be said out loud, and nowhere does it deserve a moment of the mind's attention. So how could a woman's form — exactly this — ever become something worth the gaze of the clear-minded?
Close to the Sanskrit
The mouth spewing phlegm; the nose possessing running mucus; the eye having tears; the body exuding sweat, filled full with filth, on all sides spoiled by foul odour. The rest is simply not able to be spoken; nowhere does it deserve to be thought of by the mind. How could such a woman's form become a fit object for the two eyes of the clear-minded?
